Prospect Environmental owner Tom Joslin has been a Vermont registered professional engineer, PE, in both the public and private sectors, since 1982. In addition, he now holds Vermont Agency of Natural Resources Class 1 licensure for septic system and drinking water system design. He has been active as an environmental engineer since 1977, primarily in the field of wastewater treatment, but is also knowledgeable in related fields such as bioenergy and energy conservation.
A bioenergy research paper by Tom Joslin and Vanessia Lam, "Use of Magnetite for Enhanced Harvesting of Wastewater Biogas Feedstock," was included in Anju Dahiya Krivov's book, "Bioenergy: Biomass to Biofuels," published by Academic Press, an imprint of Elsevier, in 2015.
